She built and delivers the message design curriculum for Elemental Impact, serves as a professional advisor at MIT’s Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, and mentors at the Harvard Innovation Labs. For over a decade, she’s also been the Idea Strategist for the only science-focused TEDx event, helping research scientists transform their innovations into unforgettable inspirations. She and her husband, two sons, and two retired Greyhounds (Hazel and Walnut) live in Boston, where she's now lived long enough to develop a Bostonian alter ego named Karen O'Sullivan.
