With a deep sales and employee engagement background, Lisa blends real-world experience with humor and heart to help organizations create energized workplaces where people want to stay.

She’s best known in the NSA community for her practical, results-driven approach to building a sustainable speaking business. Through her Smiling and Dialing process, Lisa teaches speakers how to confidently prospect, follow up, and book more high-quality speaking engagements—without outsourcing or losing the human connection. Her sales expertise comes from more than a decade of experience in the trenches, both in corporate sales leadership and as a solopreneur who built her speaking business from the ground up.

A long-time NSA member, past president of the Ohio Chapter, and active supporter of Cigar PEG, Lisa understands what it takes to thrive in this industry. Her programs have impacted audiences in manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, healthcare, education, and beyond—often in male-dominated industries where connection, communication, and culture matter most.

When she’s not on stage or mentoring speakers, you’ll find her creating art, spoiling her cats Simba and Tinkerbell, or traveling with her husband, Scott.
