She was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, and is a recipient of NSA’s highest award for service, the Cavett Award. Internationally recognized as a trailblazer, Lenora received an Honorary PhD in 2022 for her significant contributions to both the academic and professional realms of diversity and inclusion and for her efforts in disrupting bias. She serves on the adjunct faculty of two university business schools and has been named one of the top twenty influential diversity leaders in the U.S. by Diversity Woman Magazine. Additionally, she is included among the top 100 thought leaders on diversity by the Society of Human Resource Management. As an author and diversity strategist, Lenora specializes in helping organizations leverage diversity as a competitive advantage to enhance their bottom line. Her expertise has taken her to audiences on six continents, 46 countries, and even in the middle of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans!
