Ivy Gustafson has spent her career inside of the speaking industry, and what she learned there changed how she thinks about what actually drives a speaker’s success.
Before launching Ivy Gustafson Advisory, she worked with two of the world’s most respected speaker bureaus, Washington Speakers Bureau and Gotham Artists. That access to how bureaus think, what buyers actually ask for, and what separates the speakers who get booked repeatedly from those who do not became the foundation of everything she now teaches.
She later served as Vice President of Coaching and Speaker Development at ImpactEleven, where she worked directly with speakers to strengthen their positioning, messaging, keynotes, and go-to-market strategies.
Over time Ivy developed a clear philosophy about what drives success in the speaking business. Websites, reels, keynotes, and marketing strategies matter, but they work best when they are built on a foundation of clarity. When speakers are clear about who they are, what they uniquely solve, and how they show up in the marketplace, every part of their business begins working together.
Today Ivy works with speakers and thought leaders across the world to strengthen their ideas, keynotes, marketing assets, and go-to-market strategy. Instead of isolated pieces, her approach helps speakers build a coordinated system that allows them to move with focus, adapt to the market, and build sustainable momentum over time.
Ivy is based in Tampa, Florida, where she lives with her family and splits her time between traveling the country, navigating Zoom rooms, waiting in the Car Line, and helping speakers build ideas and businesses that move the world.
